Terms of Use

These terms describe the conditions for using AI Photocopy’s online image-effects editor.

The service

AI Photocopy lets you upload supported images, preview artistic effects, and download processed outputs. Uploaded images are sent to our application server for temporary storage and processing. An image session expires 30 minutes after upload; the temporary file is removed during subsequent server cleanup or a clean shutdown, as described in our Privacy Policy. The service is provided as available, and temporary editing sessions may also end if the server restarts. Features, limits, and effect results may change.

Your images and rights

You keep the rights you have in images you upload and outputs you create. You grant us only the limited permission needed to receive, temporarily store, process, and return your image during the editing session. We do not claim ownership of your images or use them to train an image model through this service.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload and edit each image and for how you use the output. Do not upload illegal material, infringe another person’s rights, or use the service to harm or abuse others.

Limits and availability

Current uploads support JPG, PNG, and WEBP, up to 12 MB, 8 megapixels, and 6000 pixels on a side. We may limit requests to protect the service. Keep your own copy of important files: AI Photocopy does not provide permanent storage, backup, or recovery of uploads or exports.

Outputs and warranties

Effects are creative transformations and may not be suitable for every image or purpose. Please review an output before relying on it. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or any particular artistic result. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains temporary image processing and optional Analytics. We may update these terms when the service changes; the date above shows the latest revision. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms where applicable.
